Hello friends. I am here to tell you some cool windows 10 tips and tricks which you should know as a user of windows 10. The operating system is quite good. I’ll not tell you what windows 10 is and all about its features, it’s a boring task. So, let’s start windows 10 tips and tricks. These windows 10 tips and tricks can be quite helpful for you.
Below are some windows 10 tips and tricks you should know:-
Changing “This PC” to “My computer”
We have used “My computer” icon many times and it becomes our habit to select the My Computer. But in windows 10 we have This PC, and it has changed our way. You can get your loved icon back by the following steps:
  1. Right click on the Desktop
  2. Go to Personalize
  3. Go to Themes
  4. On the right side, click Go to desktop icon settings
  5. Now choose whatever icon you want to choose.
You can pin this icon in your start menu.
Background Scrolling
Windows 10 has a good feature, Background scrolling. This means that when a pop up comes you can scroll through the page. If window is not active you are able to scroll through the page.  But you have to activate this feature:
  1. Open All Setting
  2. Go to Devices
  3. Click on Mouse and Touchpad
  4. Now Turn On the option, “Scroll Inactive Windows when I hover over them”

First of all you have to change Start menu according to your need. It’s pretty cool when you make the start menu like the way you see. You can right-click on any tile and select Resize to alter the tile’s dimensions on the start Menu. You can also add the application or software on the start menu by right-clicking and selecting pin to start.
Time Screenshots
Yes, you heard right, Time Screenshot! This is a very cool feature in windows 10 and you can add a delay in seconds to take a screen shot. For this you have to open the snipping tool -> click Delay -> select your delay -> and take the screenshot.
Turn off File Explorer’s Quick Access view
This feature will show your most frequently accessed folder and recently viewed files. But most of you want to off this feature and good news is that you can.
  1. Open File Explorer
  2. View
  3. Options
  4. Open File Explorer
  5. This PC
  6. Click ok and Done.
Shortcuts on Command Prompt
You can use shortcut in command prompt by activating the cool feature in windows 10. Open the command prompt->Right-click its title bar-> select Properties->Edit Options.
Search the option and you have done. Now use the shortcuts.
